Clean hotel and friendly helpful owners. The guy helped me carry my bag upstairs which I was grateful for as we were on the second floor and there is no lift. The rooms are spacious, a little tired, but they are kept clean. My son dropped something down the side of his bed and I was fearful of what I may find when getting it but it was clean. Sadly the travel cot that we borrowed was not very clean, the mesh sides were pretty dirty. The location was good, it took 5 minutes to walk to the beach and it would be around 10-15 to get to the main stretch. Overall, for the price, I would consider staying here again.
Very nice hotel. There is a little they can do to improve. Lots of furniture is a little dated and inoperative. No lock on Bathroom door, show trap doesn’t secure.. decor a little dated. But for the price we paid, I won’t complain about it. Very nice hosts. Nothing too much. Personally I feel it could do with a little revamp but also in that case they could quite easily charge more for it :) Good stay! Thank you

We were welcomed warmly when we arrived. Our room was on the first floor. It had a comfortable bed, somewhere to put your clothes, tea and coffee making facilities, a bathroom with a shower. We stayed 3 nights. The room was great for our needs. The only downside is the thin walls, you can hear the people in the adjoining rooms. We didn't have breakfast at the accommodation. Although there was parking at the property we chose to park on the road. The location is perfect, only 5 to 10 minutes walk to the seafront. We would definitely stay again.
This place is a Gem! Had a one night stay in an extra large room for me and my husband and honestly cannot complain Friendly service, clean and comfy rooms, easy access via key fob, parking and only a 5 minute walk from the sea front! Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
I booked the room for a little getaway with the Mrs and was very happy, bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, it was very quiet which is a plus, tea and coffee was great for the Mrs. The owners were very friendly and the fact for a small fee you can leave your bags/cases there to collect later which was a nice touch. Would happily stay again and will recommend to friends and family. Keep it up your great
A big comfy bed in a lovely spacious ground floor room. A very quiet hotel in a brilliant location especially ideal for the bus and railway stations. Near the beach and all the amenities and entertainment. We look forward to staying again very soon. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Booking direct with the hotel is the best value.
Room was clean with good sized shower and a reasonable price. This should really be a 3 star hotel. I just had beans on toast for breakfast as this was a cheaper option than a full English. Would definitely stay again. Some minor points: Others say parking no problem and I got the last but one space however the road had no spaces and this was 3pm when people would have been at work so could be an issue if unlucky. Others say walls are paper thin and this is true, could hear neighbours both sides easily.
